Coaching Tools that Attract Clients

May 3, 2009

One of the questions I hear most often from coaches is “What
can I do to get more potential coaching clients to my website”? The answer is
there are many things you can do to build your website traffic and my question is,
“are you doing them”?

It is hard to keep up with client appointments, record
keeping, billing and promote your coaching business. That is why you must make
a plan to fit all these activities into your schedule. You must also have the
commitment to success required to diligently promote your coaching business
while being a superior coach for your clients.

I suggest that you

schedule fifteen to twenty minute
segments into your schedule to conduct your marketing efforts. Three to four of
these marketing appointments a day will boost your marketing efforts, produce
more coaching clients and much more coaching income.  My "No Sales Required Client Attraction" home study program has
specific strategies for client attraction that you can begin using today.

Write
articles

Submitting articles to Ezinearticles.com is a great way
to market your business and to share your coaching skills with people who want the
information you have to offer. I suggest that you submit at least two or three
articles a week. In a very short time you will be able to write a 300-400 word
article in 15 or 20 minutes. Be sure the resource box in your article
submission directs readers to your coaching site.

Blog
Posts

Once you have your article complete you can easily
shorten the article and rewrite the content in a more casual style. Blog post
should be shorter and more conversational than articles. Your blog should
feature an irresistible offer of desirable information in exchange for potential
clients contact information. If you do not have a blog you need to get one now and get started.

Twitter is a micro-blogging site that allows you to send
messages with up to 140 characters. You can give valuable coaching information
to your potential clients by tweeting hints, suggestions, and information that
your target client will find valuable. Over time potential coaching clients
will begin to know you and what you have to offer them. This familiarity will
make them more likely to be interested in an introductory coaching session.

Facebook

Join a Facebook group that appeals to your target
coaching niche and contribute to the conversation. Share your coaching
knowledge in a casual and supportive manner. When you contribute positively to
the discussion people will be attracted to you. They will soon know that you
understand their challenges, problems, and desires.

Other
People’s Blogs

Find blogs written by other experts in your target
coaching niche and make comments on their blog posts. Add to what the writer
has to say and give more information on the subject that readers will be
interested in. Always be sure to be supportive and complimentary of the writer
but add content to what the writer has written.

Teleseminars

You can use the same basic article and repurpose it into
a teleseminar by simply making room for participant input and adding action
steps. Break the article down into segments and think of some open ended
questions that you can ask teleseminar participants. Add steps that the
participant can do to put your information to use immediately. Get a teleseminar service and get started now.

Workshops

Now that you have repurposed your original article into
a teleseminar, it is very easy to create a workshop that you can conduct for
groups in your area. Find several groups in your area that relate to your
target coaching niche and ask if they would like to have a free workshop at one
of their meetings. You will be surprised how happy they will be that you asked.
Use your teleseminar material to make a Power Point presentation and create
group or paired activities involving the action steps. That is all it takes to
make a workshop that your audience will love. Be sure to offer a limited number
of introductory coaching sessions and have a form to collect names and contact
information so you can set times for those that want a session.

Follow
Up

This is the place where most coaches drop the ball. We
all spend a lot of time, effort, and money to attract opt-ins and coaching
clients and then we neglect to follow up. Use your autoresponder system,
emails, newsletters and phone calls to check in on current clients, past clients,
and prospective clients. This personal touch goes a long way.

One article can be repurposed to help you reach
potential coaching clients and help others in so many different ways. If you
believe that your coaching can help people then you should be offering you
information in all of these ways.

If all of this information seems overwhelming to you and you would like to learn more about coaching client attraction the join my "Zee Inner Circle" program and learn a little each week and get more personal guidence.
