Marketing with Social Media

It all
started with MySpace and teenagers but now social media is huge and an amazing
way to market your coaching business. Many of us think about social media as a
way to stay in touch with friends of waste a few minutes “people watching”.

In the past
this may have been true but now social media is a productive, effective and
free. Social media is the biggest marketing secret out there today! Obviously
when you first start out on the internet you do not have a list of people who
are in your target coaching niche.  Yet

internet. That seem like a straight forward question but it is not so easy to
answer. There is a process involved in getting clients on the internet and
there are many steps that you must take to get the tools, technology and
knowledge that you need to succeed. I believe that the internet is the richest

Get Your Clients to Testify

I can tell people all sorts of wonderful things
about my coaching and give them many reasons to coach and when I add a
testimonial from another person I give the statements credibility. When I add
several strong testimonials with website addresses and photos I give the
statements a lot more credibility.

If you do not have testimonials on your website you
are cheating yourself and your potential clients. You will get more clients
when they see that you have helped other people and those people want to tell
others about you and what you can do to help them. There are many ways to

Get More Traffic and Clients with the Best Domain Name

I have talked to a ton of coaches and I keep hearing one thing over and over. "We need help with all this technology". I know that I almost gave up learning all the things I had to learn to get online so I want to keep you from feeling the same way.

Technology
seems to be a huge challenge for coaches who are trying to get their businesses
started and to get new clients. Coaches do not know what to do first or how to
go about doing it especially with new technology on the internet. I would like
to clear up as much of this as possible in a series of articles specifically
directed at procedural order and technology assistance.

What to do first

Every coach
I talk to says they need a website and they are ready to go hire a web designer
and spend a great deal of money on a website. I say hold on and consider
starting with a blog but before you do that you need to

Get More Coaching Clients by Working in Joint Ventures

A Joint venture happens when one thought leader joins with another thought leader to create a project, program, product, or course that provides great value to the customer because it expertise. I am a coach that teaches other coaches to grown their coaching business and get coaching clients but I am not a technology expert so I am joining with Connie Green to create a technology course for coaches. This is a joint venture because we will combine our knowledge to create a course that combines my knowledge of the coaching business with her knowledge of technology.

How to Choose a Joint Venture Partner

You and your joint venture (JV) partner should have compatible and complimentary areas of expertise to offer both of your target customers. The ideal partner is one who is an expert in an area that you are not very strong in and you should be an expert in an area they are not very strong in. By combining your efforts you will

Coaching Revenue through Affiliate Marketing

What the heck is affiliate marketing? This is not a normal or known coaching term but you have probably experienced affiliate marketing when you received a gift or bonus for referring a friend to a business. That is off-line affiliate marketing. I want to talk about online affiliate marketing and how you can use it to add income to your business.

Share Valuable Information

It does not matter what your target niche is because there is always someone who is speaking to the same target coaching niche or one very simular. Often these "competitiors" have great information and products to share. Rather than compete with them why not
